Sandra O’Neill is Ocean Worldwide’ remarkable Founder and sole Director. Having grown up in Manchester and graduated from Birmingham in the UK, Sandra embarked upon a life overseas at the age of 21. She initially relocated to the south of Spain and quickly became highly respected in a large scale real estate firm in the role of Sales Support Manager. Her future foresight and persistence pushed her employer to agree for her to venture into Phuket and open a satellite office. Sandra has always demonstrated her that she is a leader in the Phuket’ real estate market and as such she bought out her employer for full autonomy and created a new corporate identity in 2007. As an experienced business entrepreneur Sandra held fast the core values of her real estate enterprise in Phuket and set the bar for others to follow in both buyer and seller representation. Sandra is now called upon at the integral stages of property development from liaising with architects on off-plan schematics to designing marketing platforms for new concepts. Sandra is known best for her very confident approach in business and as such she is most respected in her role as key investment advisor to some of Phuket’ most seasoned global real estate investors.
