Sandra O'Neill founded Ocean Worldwide in 2004, shortly after relocating from Marbella. Two decades on, the agency remains independent and family-run — Sandra leads the team alongside Gaël Ovide-Etienne, and a small group of sales agents handles the island's coasts.
We work with international buyers and sellers across Phuket — villas in Layan, Bang Tao, Cape Yamu, Surin and Kamala, condominiums in Patong and along the west coast, and the occasional development plot. Many of the homes we sell have sea views. We don't chase volume; we chase the right fit between a buyer and a home.
